As someone who is in the medical field, I have seen countless primary care physicians and how they treat patients. Most pale in comparison to Dr. Tremblay. The team at Action Medicine is truly something special. I have seen the quality of services and care provided to each patient. The care you receive here is better than any primary care physician or institution you will go (or ever go to). Its a bold statement, but Heres why its true - You are treated as a patient instead of a number. The team gets to know you and truly cares about you and your family. They take your health very seriously — any problem you come with, you will be provided plenty of resources to help you, options to choose from, and people to talk to you. You get to be seen quickly in a timely manner and set up appointments that work for you. You never feel rushed, and more importantly, you feel that you belong to a community. This place gives the magic of the doctor-patient relationship that has been missing in medicine for a long time. I am so glad I found this model of healthcare and doctor’s office. I have come from doctors who have 15 minutes time limits to see their patients, always felt like I was rushed to voice my concerns and like there was an agenda behind everything they told me. That’s the reality of working with insurance companies - there are quotas and limits on everything. To be able to cut out the middle man (while still being able to go through insurance here if wanted) is a total game changer. The primary reason I came here was because it has always been difficult for me to get lab work done that I felt was necessary based on my health. I am so thankful that here, my fantastic practitioner, Marisa, and I, can talk about what tests may be necessary to get done (during my hour long appointments - unheard of elsewhere!) and then I can get discounted lab work through Quest done right here in the office. Everyone is so kind, the office is so clean, and I look forward to my appointments. For me, it really was a no-brainer choosing to come here!

We needed to do the medical exam for i693 form for a family of six. Since the first call to the Action Medicine DPC I felt confident, Max gave me the initial information and Marisa gave me a call back explaining all the process and answering all my many questions with knowledge and patience. Overall the whole process for completing the i693 forms went really fast and smoothly and was a really great experience. I highly recommend the Action Medicine DPC!

Had a very good experience here. Max called and helped me setup the appointment and most importantly he accommodated me for Friday when he called on Wednesday. Appointments are very easily available. The facility is very clean everything new and updated. I had 3 in my family who needed I 693 so Brooke and Maria both worked in parallel to speed up the process. Both explained us the process and hand held us every step. We were in and out in about an hour. Brooke gave us a list of proof she needs and responded every time I submitted or had a question. In just 3 days my report was ready and sealed. When I went to pick it up, Brooke explained every single question every single page (3 times, for me , my wife and my son) without hesitation and without veins. I am very happy to visit them and highly recommend them. They are the best in the business. I visited them based on my friends circle recommendation.
